The Rates
Below shows the different prizes obtainable from the White Day drop event and the probability of obtaining each

As a reader you're most interested in the items (displayed on the left side) and the probability of each (found on the farthest right side)

This is a reminder that none of these have been officially disclosed (to my knowledge) and may be off by a few percent but can be used to give you a general idea on what the chances are.

The Takeaways
- Approximately 60% of the drops will award the player with a type of chocolate (White/Hearty/Passion)
-Approximately 23% of the drops will award the player with either a Mini HP Bottle pack or a Mini SP Bottle pack
-Approximately 6.5% of the drops will award the player an Undead Bird Feather
-Around 4% of the drops will award the player a Glaze Bag
-Around 2% of the drops will award the player with a Jade Grass
-Around 1.5% of the drops will award the player with a Small Love Bouquet
And the remaining items (Pet Return Scroll, 6x Potion, Nimbus Spar, 5% Capsule) each have less than a 1% chance of being rewarded, with the capsule being the least likely (having less than 0.03% chance)

Knowing these probabilities of getting these items may be helpful for you in the future in deciding if it's worth preparing 20 accounts to farm for the next White Day Drop Event
Just as a side note, this does not guarantee that your character will automatically obtain 60 chocolates from 100 packs but shows a possible outcome (this is why a larger sample pool is important)
