I have many questions and i want to start over there, can anyone answer my questions?
1. is it a private server?
2. is it going to be updated a lot?

i need to know the answers before i start, i hope they update it a lot because there seems to be new NPC and maps, it looks amazing, check out the video and the official website (in youtube vid description)

1. No it's a official server hosted by 980x.
2. You can expect updates, especially content from wlom. So the answer is yes for now.

If you're wondering, about potentially things like dupe/bots.
1. Dupe I believe will never cease to exist, due to how server works, but this server has the most active gm's/center + a fk ton of VIP(Whales) that makes me think Duping will be condemned to shit.
2. Botting has 0 benefits, you don't gain exp/items from npcs.
