All guides here, will be rewarded Gratitude points on a base level, increasing on an ascending level.
All moderators, must give constructive feedback on where the guide can be improved upon, for every aspect improved gratitude points must be increased.
All responding roles that have the ability to give gratitude points, must state their reasoning on the post itself before giving as well as the gratitude points rewarded.
All responding roles/moderators, If you're unsure at what points should be given have a discussion with the higher-ups or within yourself before coming to a conclusion.
