Rules
Obviously there should be rules and decision to protect both clients and service provider.
If any rule is broken by client without any proper warning made to service provider in proper time,
will result as break of agreement. There will not be any refund in such cases.
1. If client would like to check out progress, client should add the character to friend list.
2. Service provider will pilot your character during the bursting service unless otherwise stated.
3. Client should be paying the full payment before start of service.
4. Service provider will provide any necessary needs.
5. No refund will be made after start of burst.
Clients have right to ask progress if their service is delayed due to any unexpected issue.
Sufficient information will be given to client to satisfy client's worries.
If service provider have to stop on-progress service due to individual issues,
client will get refund scaled to stage of progress.

Above experiences have gotten during 2X exp event.
Those are exp without all crit at once during non 2X exp.
