Saw a post today on the Familia Discord Server asking about weapon molding but felt like the information should be a bit more organized so I decided to make this post. I have never used a weapon mold and just gathered the info from a youtube video and a wlodb post
Firstly, a weapon model ( ) is similar to a sewing kit but can only be used to combine weapons. However, only certain weapons can be molded with different weapons based on their sub-type which can usually be found out through the item's name/description/testing. Weapons and their sub-types (taken from the video): 1- Axes 2- Blades (includes falchions and katanas) 3- Bows 4- Claws and Rings 5- Fans 6- Guns 7- Pestles (includes bouquets) 8- Spears (includes forks and halbred) 9- Swords (including dual blades) 10- Wands (includes staffs) There is an exception, from what I could find, Bliss Bouquet/Lover's Bouquet (there was contradiction between the video and it's description so it would be nice if someone can clarify it) can be molded into anything but bows and spears. What the popup will look like: The first box will be the appearance of the combined weapon while the second box will be the stats that will be retained and the final box will be the final product (a preview will appear). As a hypothetical example (this is so I don't misinform anybody): Both items A and B are axes and you wish to combine them. You want to keep item B's stats while keeping item A's appearance. So, you would put item A in the top box and item B in the second box.
